Marel Dugan

As a San Diego native, Marel is passionate about helping clients find their very own piece of America’s Finest City to call home. She is focused on educating and empowering her clients throughout the entire process of selling or buying a home. Marel prides herself on her communication, dedication to clients and relationship-based business.

Marel brings extensive knowledge in real estate and her ability to listen to each client’s needs and negotiate the best deal possible puts her above the competition. In 2021, Marel was awarded Silver level status by the San Diego Association of Realtors, placing her in the top 5% of all real estate agents in San Diego, and was also a finalist for the 40 Under 40 award. She was also nominated as a Woman of Impact by the American Heart Association, coaching a team of 10 women to raise funds for local research and development.

Leading by example for her clients, Marel started her real estate portfolio at age 25 after purchasing a multi-family property in North Park. She is now the property manager for those units and purchased her second property, a single-family home in Del Cerro, at age 26. In addition to her passion for real estate, Marel also loves interior design and designed remodels for both properties. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Marel worked in the fitness industry helping clients achieve their goals and coached competitive soccer. As a collegiate award-winning athlete, with over a decade in competitive sports and multiple bodybuilding competitions, she is no stranger to hard work and dedication and will turn that same drive into ensuring her clients get the house of their dreams.

Marel has a Communications degree from San Diego State University. In her free time, you can find her traveling, at the gym, visiting new restaurants around San Diego, diving into a good book, and shopping.
